For starters Rachel is not even a news anchor. She is the host of a partisan opinion-editorial daily show. This selection is so stupid its a laugh riot. Did they consider other "news anchors" like Chris Mathews, Whoopi Goldberg, and Joy Behar?
Europeans often snobbishly look down their nose at the classless unwashed masses in America, and complain at American's ignorance, lack of class, and there unimpressive worthless little lives.
Well guess what Brits! You guys have just demonstrated how clueless and ignorant your knowledge and opinions of America really are. This would be like if you ask Americans, "who's the best news anchor in the U.K.?" and they answer "Rowan Atkinson!". Selecting Rachel Maddow is as stupid as selecting Rowan Atkinson. There is not a non-partisan word in her vocabulary. She epitomizes the current partisan corruption of the MSM media outlets at MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, the New York Times and NPR. It means those in the U.K. haven't a clue about American politics, American people, or the American news media. Just for the record all "news anchors" on corrupt, partisan, opinionated, and inaccurate MSNBC programs combined together have less viewers than any one Fox New Channel news or op-ed program.
