FEC rules naturalized citizens are same as 'natural born' in presidential votes, Washington reinterprets constitutional eligibility

FEC? Since when do non-judicial agencies get to make their own interpretations of American law. If this stands then every agency in the government will redefine laws for their own benefit. This should be thrown out of any legal discussion. It is NOT legal precedent.
