| Atlas Shrugged government interferes with business? |
Here we are, Chicago Thug Strong Arm Conspiracy and Extortion by a Liberal Obama Administration! This is obviously against the law!
The Obama Aministration has decided it can arbitrarily prohibit a company, Forest Laboratories, from doing health care business with the U.S. government, unless it fires the CEO Solomon, who the Obama administration doesn't like over his marketing strategies. His marketing strategies were not complementary to Obamacare and we think that was not in line with Obama preferred vendors. Solomon has not been charged or convicted of any crime other than insulting the Obama Administration. If insulting the Obama Administration is a crime, then half the nation has committed said crime. This is blatant abuse of power by the Obama Administration.
Now a preferred vendor agrees with whatever the Obama Administration wants and are expected to make contributions to Obama's re-election campaign. This will create an environment where no CEO will refuse to donate to Obama for fear of retribution.
I am not a lawyer. But I am positive that the government cannot extort donations and cooperation from businesses who work with the government.This ignores due process of law, permits extortion for political gain, and wreaks of Chicago Thug Strong Arm politics. If Obama does this he must be charged with illegal practices, and charged with high crimes and misdemeanors resulting in impeachment. The POTUS is not permitted to use organized crime conspiracy and extortion techniques to do the business of the country.
I find this to be a very Stalinist dictatorship lawless in nature and shows the true anti-business, anti-democracy, and anti-freedom policies of this socialist liberal progressive administration of Obama.
