North Carolina governor vetoes voter photo ID bill

We have at least 12 million illegal immigrants in this country. That mandates that we have enhanced capability to identify voters accurately. It is minimal impact to require photo id. Democrats somehow believe some don't have photo id. From where I sit, if you can't get a photo id then you shouldn't be voting.
