No union, no company, no business, no industry, no individual, or group of individuals should have the power to extort the state and federal governments for entitlements, compensation, and benefits, or else they will shutdown government operation. It is illegal for public unions to strike, slowdown, or sick out, and yet sometimes they still threaten and sometimes they really do it.
