Pat Toomey introduces budget that would balance the books in 10 years — but wouldn’t touch entitlements

All proposals, Republican or Democrat, should be given adequate attention for evaluation. All writers of proposals earn our respect and thanks for their contribution. There are lots of good ideas out there. Lets look at them all so we know we are making the right decision when we choose one.
