West Wing Briefing: Obama Headed Out Of D.C. As Shutdown Looms

Obama has a strange stance as the leader of America. He doesn't lead. He stands in the background as history passes him by. He is not responsible for anything. There is not a single problem or issue that he feels is his fault, and therefore he's not responsible to fix anything. Regardless of the situation take vacations and get out of   D.C. whenever and wherever you want. Fearless Leader is under no obligation to do a good job for the American people.
