The Constitution defines the framework of government as 3 major branches of executive (enforce laws), judicial (interpret laws), and legislative (makes laws). It defines the system of checks and balances between those government branches and the major administrative functions, responsibilities, and capabilities of each branch. In pages it is a very short document, in concepts it is a masterpiece in simplicity, clarity, being unambiguous, acting responsibly, consistency, tolerance of others, fairness, and individual protection and security. It provides government's roles and responsibility on the federal (national) and on the state level. It also provides the roles and responsibility of the individual citizen.



The Constitution of the United States was also written to design a civil government that defines and protects the rights of the individual, encourages the people to seek personal satisfaction, personal choices, and personal responsibility for decisions. It allows freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom to peaceful assembly, right to bear arms, protection against unreasonable searches and seizures, right to speedy trial, and equal rights for all the people. It is a government entirely defined to protect the rights of the individual citizens. Individual respect and a god given right to seek happiness. That's the majority of what this document attempts to accomplish.

This Constitution has withstood foreign wars, civil wars, state secession, slavery, economic depressions, recessions, inflation, black civil rights, gay civil rights, greedy robber barons, labor disputes, and free market capitalism.

Everyone is very "touchy" lately about being politically correct toward the religion of Islam. Not sure why. Islam is not tolerant of anyone, why should we be worried if we are intolerant of Islam. Unfortunately, political correctness will destroy America at the hands of Islamic community. Lets look at a few major pieces of the of Islam religion. Forget the five pillars of Islam they are benign in nature and not much different then the ideas of other religions. But things take a very scary and violent tone when reading the Koran.

The Koran is page after page of hate speech against non-Muslims. Don't integrate with non-Muslims, don't marry non-Muslims, don't trust non-Muslims, its OK to lie and deceive (taqiyya) non-Muslims, don't have any respect for non-Muslims, all non-Muslim women are godless whores, when appropriate "kill them wherever you find them", laws of the country you are in are secondary to Sharia and Islamic Law, everything in your life is secondary to Islam, good Muslims do what their Imams say, and be ready to give your life for Islam if requested by you Imam. All gays should be killed. All women are second class citizens and can't drive and should not have an education career out of the house. It is OK to beat your wife if she deserved it. Honor killings are the right of all Muslims.

The Muslims in this country don't want to be American, they only want to be good Muslims. That means they only care about Allah, Mohammad, Sharia Law, Islamic Law, Hadith, Sira, Imams, and the Koran. They are not in America because they want to change themselves to fit into America. What they want to do is change America into an Islamic country. The goal of every good Muslim in America is for Islam to dominate American culture. If my Imam orders a "fatwah" to kill somebody because we don't like what they said or has drawn. Good Muslims will try and fulfill the orders of that "fatwah". American laws are meaningless. Only the laws of Allah and Islam matter.

Illegal Immigration

 

 

Illegal immigration is the second major threat to America. For the past 300 years legal immigrants have come to the shores of America to start a new life better than the one they had in their native country. During the Reagan administration an amnesty was offered for illegal immigrants (about 3 million) they now had a path to citizenship. That amnesty was supposed to define 2 major areas of responsibility. The new immigrants individual responsibility to integrate with America culture and learn to speak English, and the government's responsibility to seal the borders and prevent any more illegal immigrants. The illegal immigrants, as all legal immigrants to this country, were eager to assimilate into America and almost without exception switched their loyalties to become patriotic American citizens. They were happy to become Americans. Unfortunately the government irresponsibly did nothing to prevent the continuing flood of illegal immigrants over the southern border with Mexico.

So now we find ourselves today with maybe 12 million illegal immigrants using public resources, public schools, hospital health care, and if they are working illegally then they are not paying taxes. These illegal immigrants don't have the same eagerness to become loyal Americans. They want to be citizens, but they don't want to learn English or change their loyalty from Mexico to America.They retain their loyalty to Mexico with claims that they are really Mexican natives of a California that was stolen by America, and was originally part of the country of Mexico. They feel that anything they get by coming to America they are entitled to by their Mexican heritage. They are abusing the native birth provision that immediately gives citizenship to those born on America soil. Mostly men and pregnant women try to illegal cross the border.

The level of criminal activity within these 12 million illegal immigrants is substantial. The criminal activity of any 12 million portion of the population will be substantial. But many of these illegal immigrants are coming to America on behalf of the Mexican drug cartels to set up illegal drug distribution networks. Every state can speak to the costs of these illegals to the public services and to the criminal and judicial system. They are a large number of Human smugglers (Coyote) and drug smugglers. The infrastructure of the illegal drug distribution is getting stronger everyday we don't stop illegal immigrants. The Mexican drug cartels are destroying Mexico, and that level of criminal activity is appearing in America. Our Department of Homeland Security( Janet Napolitano ) is doing virtually nothing to stop the illegal immigrant flow. Why? Politicians on the left are expecting that the majority of immigrants , once they become citizens, will be Democratic party voters. So it's partisan politics that's encouraging the destruction of the American culture.

So it is our government's fault that illegal immigration is out of control because they did not stop the illegal flow when they decades to do it. As an American citizen, I am furious at the criminal negligence of the U.S. government. Our country is a country of legal immigrants, not illegal immigrants. Illegal immigrants cross the border and then they are the unwanted responsibility of American taxpayers. Like most Americans, I am very sorry that Mexico sucks, but I don't understand how now that's my problem. Why don't you fix your own country and stop taking advantage of our countries self-destructive immigration policies or lack of immigration policies.

Conclusions

Without changes in attitudes and laws I do not believe that America can withstand the current Islamic and/or illegal immigrant threat. Our democratic nation, designed for freedoms and liberties, is being invaded by two large migrations of arrogant narcissist cultures who are not interested in compromising their heritage or integrating into American culture. They are not interested in tolerance, peace, or co-existence. Eventually, America will be forced to accept a new cultural majority, and they both know it.

The founders and writers of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights noted that a nation with this government must rely on the ethics and moral character of its citizens to prevent abuses of the freedoms and liberties. Well what we have now is two major threats to the freedoms and liberties of our nation perpetrated by arrogant violent groups, La Raza and Islam, dedicated to use these freedoms and liberties to end these same freedoms and liberties.

Neither invader has a formal army, but what they do have is a rapidly growing community which eventually could lead to a majority voting block or even a cultural civil war between factions fighting for control of America. They both want to retain there traditions, their  languages, their cultures, their anti-American bias, their non-Muslim bias, and their anti-gringo bias. So we will have one community who 's first loyalty is to Islam, and another community who's first loyalty is to Mexico. That means lots of Islamist Radicals and La Raza Extremists will both attack and weaken America from within. Both invaders will attempt to procreate as quickly as possible, building new voting blocks that seek cultural majorities.

Both Islam and La Raza will prefer to use violence or threats of violence to intimidate Americans. Both are setting up their own communities that don't have America's best interest at heart, instead they have Islam or LaRaza best interest at heart. They have their own cultural agenda that will be competing with American culture. In some ways it has already happened. Hispanic population has exploded, especially in the South Western states, and there are California High Schools with Hispanic student majorities.

Islam and La Raza are misusing America's freedoms against Americans. Both are unprecedented in their fanaticism and in their hatred for Americans and non-Muslims. Both advocate extreme violence against Americans to achieve their racist domination goals. The intent of the Bill of Rights was not to promte racist groups to overthrow the government. These rights were for intelligent political discussion of issues, not for the wholesale attack on America's freedoms and liberties, and not to use these freedoms to eliminate these freedoms. It is against everything that America stands for.

Illegal Immigration  Issues

• prevent automatic birth citizenship for illegal aliens:  ban any American births where both parents are illegal aliens from getting citizenship. Anchor baby laws will not be abused anymore
• voting requires picture identification: during all elections and votes at the polls
• employers must verify valid citizenship before hiring: If they don't give them significant fines. 
• deport all criminal illegal immigrants: any illegal alien facing criminal charges or having criminal charges in the past should be immediately deported to their home country
• support all immigration laws: force all federal and states to correctly implement all existing illegal immigration laws. If adding more strength to the laws is needed then do it.
• sanctuary cities, states, churches, temples, or mosques are illegal: All states must implement tough immigration laws. All states and cities must implement the same laws or else we are just moving the illegal immigrants from one state to another, or one city to another
• illegal immigrants do not have the same civil rights as American citizens: They will have some subset or some different rights than American citizens. The issue is that no court proceeding should be required if there is convincing proof that the individual is an illegal immigrant. We don't want the courts clogged with these nuisance cases. Just deport them.
• work visa's should be permitted for illegal immigrants: that are currently gainfully employed. The employer must sponsor the worker's visa and agree to provide employment for the immigrant. The immigrant will be given a tax number for assuring that these workers are paying their taxes. Once they have a work Visa then they only have to make sure they do not involved with criminal activity. If they do participate in criminal activity they will be deported immediately. 
• illegal immigrants will not be given preferential College tuitions: Grammar and high schools do not require student visa's and children of illegal immigrants are welcome to get a public education like all American citizens. Illegal immigrants can acquire student visa's to work and study in America's colleges.
• health care for illegal immigrants must be serious: and possibly life or death, or serious injuries which require immediate treatment.   Hospitals will turn away cold, flu, minor fever, minor scraps and bruises. The list of supported conditions  and conditions not supported should be made by health care professionals. In some cases a prescription might be provided based on health care worker discretion. Fees can be requested by the hospital to help with the costs.
• shutdown the group known as La Raza (The Race): It is extremist racist violent group that should be treated the same as any other terrorist organization. They openly threaten violence against Americans. Their name means "the race" which makes it quite clear that it is a racist organization demanding the return of California and New Mexico to it's original country, Mexico. La Raza can be considered the Mexican equivalent of the KKK. Any one threatening violence and state succession to join Mexico, should be considered an enemy of the US, participating in hate speech, and participants should be charged with racist violations and incarcerated or deported as appropriate

Islamic Issues

• create new anti-Hate laws: create new laws that charge any crime by a Muslim against a non-Muslim to be considered a possible hate crime. The type of crime and motives will be used to determine if it is a hate crime. Invoking all the extra penalties that go with a hate crime charge.
• identify Radical Muslim Extremists: Radical Muslim extremist groups need to be identified and deported, incarcerated, or put out of the terrorism business
• create "fatwah" laws: Create new laws that any "fatwah" issued by an Imam makes that Imam criminally responsible for the actions of Muslims executing that fatwah. Same as if the Mafia ordered a hit.
• American law is only primary law: create new laws that religious law cannot be primary law. The primary law is from American Judicial System, American Precedents, and American Juris Prudence only. Islamic and Sharia Law are not primary law. Their scope and impacts still need closer investigation to determine what in religious law is OK and what is not OK.
• enhance RICO laws: Create new laws that consider Islamic terrorist attack planning or providing resources to terrorists can be prosecuted using RICO laws. It is a mosque and mosque member(s) crime of conspiracy.
• honor killing is first degree murder: honor Killings are first degree aggravated murder and will be prosecuted as such.
• physical attacks are assault: Amputations and disfigurement are aggravated assault and will be prosecuted as such
• stoning is murder: Stoning as punishment is illegal in America. Those caught will be charge with aggravated first degree murder. Anyone participating and throwing stones can be charged with aggravated first degree murder.
• read the Koran: Americans need to read the Koran. Understand what it says about non-Muslims. Read and understand taqiyya, fatwah, role of women, treatment of gays, treatment and attitudes toward non-Muslims, Sharia Law, and Islamic Law. Only through understanding of Islam can we dispute the lies, deceptions, and the false statements made by Muslims and their Imams.
• no special treatment for Islam: Do not treat Islam any different from any other religion. Muslims are trained to  believe that if they threaten to slit your throat, than you will modify your free speech to their liking. That's not how free speech works. We will have laws that protect non-Muslims from attacks on free speech.
• Protect Bill Of Rights: Threats against America's Bill of Rights will be prosecuted as serious threats against America itself
• shutdown radical mosques: mosques in which radical Imams are spewing hatred against America and non-Muslims will be closed down. Engage in hate speech, and we'll close down your mosque.
• New laws for anti-American activities: The treatment of Muslims in our American culture of freedom and liberties will have to change. Groups like Muslims who take complete advantage of our freedoms to move their Islamic domination forward, and are laughing at the foolish Americans for allowing such freedoms. For example: Muslims will utilize freedom of assembly to demonstrate for Islam. They will have signs saying behead non-Muslims, kill non-Muslims, Freedom can go to hell, Free Speech is Terrorism, Islam will dominate the world, and only Islam should have freedom of religion, America is the great Satan and must be destroyed. All those statements are hate speech. Instead of saying love Islam they are saying hate and kill non-Muslims. Now here is where it gets interesting. Muslims openly say they don't want America's freedoms, they want to force America to be an Islamic state. I look at this and say, OK these guys are playing by their own rules and think western civilization is helpless. So lets give them what they want. By their own admissions they don't want our freedoms, so lets give them what they want and take all those freedoms away and charge active hate speech violations, unlawful assembly, and provoking hate crimes. Arrest the participants. Civil rights is not wanted by Muslims so take it away and arrest anyone with hate speech signs or banners.
