A Certificate Of Live Birth Cannot Be Seen By Anyone, Except One Born

I really don't care about birth stuff. No lie surprises me about Chicago thug politics. But this is really strange to me. Hawaiian attorney general official says no one can see the certificate of live birth, except directly visible by the one born. No copies are allowed. First of all, if this was the case according to Hawaii law then why the hell wasn't this statement made 4 years ago at the start of this controversy. Second, having a certificate of live birth is needed for lots of legal documentation. Some legal situations are adoptions, inheritance, getting passports, and trust arrangements. You mean participants in these legal arrangements cannot get a certificate of live birth. I was able to get my certificate of live birth from New York for my legal needs.

Something about this Hawaiian statement doesn't smell right.
