The saga of can do, versus can't do work ethics. Obama has no work ethic. He floats through life not making decisions and not getting his hands dirty. It is strange but Obama never seems to have a dog in the fight. He's always on the outside looking in. Avoid and obfuscate responsibility as much as possible, and then when there is a problem blame it on the GOP, Tea Party, Libertarians, Independents, Conservatives, and Republicans.
