Obama Falsely Blames Insufficient Federal Spending for Minn. Bridge Collapse; Faulty Design Actual Cause

Clearly, if the Federal Government were just allowed to spend as much as it wants on whatever it wants, bad things would never happen in our country. Why don't people understand that?
