Incriminating HHS Records Detail Taxpayer-Funded Obamacare Propaganda Campaign

When does this Administration admit that the majority of American don't want Obamacare. Spending $200 million to try and convince people that are already convinced that they don't want it is a waste of taxpayer money trying to force voters to accept your agenda. An agenda which the American people have already rejected.
