Overall manufacturing fell 0.8% in June, new orders down 1.9%

The news just keeps getting worse. A few months ago Obama said his highest priority is creating jobs. Can anyone tell me anything he has done in these past months to create jobs? Can anyone tell me anything he has done in his entire administration to create jobs?
