His idea of explaining to the American people, is to lie, deceive, and misinform to influence the American people in believing his policies or lack of policies. There is no expectation for him to tell the truth unless it happens to coincide with his agenda. Yet even today he thinks he is fooling the American people. He thinks the American people are too dumb to know what is going on. He is dead wrong about the American people.
