I guess like the rest of the MSM, TIME doesn't fact check their articles either. Their goal is to attack and criticize the Constitution to plant the seeds that the document is an anachronism and no longer applies to our modern society. The Constitution is one of the most generic, flexible, and applicable documents ever written. As meaningful today as when it was written. Richard Stengel's critical TIME article is as inaccurate as a global warming report and shows what passes for accurate journalism in the MSM liberal bias world.
