America has protected classes. They are free from adherence to the usual laws and any indiscretions are ignored by the justice department. In this Obama Administration it includes: Muslims, Arabs, Gays, Illegal Immigrants, Mexican Cartel Drug smugglers, Human Smugglers, Gun smugglers, the liberal progressive urban elite, teachers, MSM journalists, and union members (public and private). The rest of America is on their own and must follow the laws.
