The 9th Circuit Court, or as we like to call them, "the medical marijuana magistrate" determines that it is OK to say you "want to shoot the POTUS". They say that wanting to shoot is free speech. Their decisions are always overturned by the SCOTUS. This THC-induced ambiguous decision will be overturned by the SCOTUS.
