Rasmussen Poll: Disgusted Voters' Approval of Congress Plunges to 9%

These opinions of legislators must be understood in their original context in which Democrats controlled both chambers of Congress and the POTUS. The Democrats did nothing for 2 years except pass the much hated Obamacare.

The House has shifted to Republican control in the last election and is actually trying to do something. Soon Republicans will control the Senate and POTUS after the 2012 elections. Then we might actually see some improvements.
