Just more liberal progressive partisan spin to take an obvious Obama negative and turn it into a positive for the Democrats. Just to be clear. Obama stammers whenever he doesn't have a teleprompter telling him what to say, or when he is not prepared to speak on a topic. Which is almost always. I will be nice I won't call the president stupid. Let's just say he is unprepared on almost every topic, situation, and crisis that crosses his desk. He's been hiding out as a community organizer and now he's expected to perform well as president without the required training and experience. He's just in way over his head and he's drowning in confusion, mistakes, and uncertainty.
