No restrooms at 9/11 Memorial and Museum?

Jerk Alert: A $508 million dollar memorial and museum project under construction for 10 years and they forgot bathrooms? This has to be one of the stupidest, incompetent,  unprofessional, and incomplete architectural designs ever conceived.
