Michelle Malkin: Waive Me

If Obamacare is so good, why does everyone want a waiver and why are some allowed to get a waiver and others are not allowed to waiver. What determines whether an employer, organization, or single citizen can get a waiver. What are the requirements for a waiver? I'll bet it has to do with Obama's friends and enemies lists.  Chicago Thug politics on a national level.
