Freedom of information laws are used to harass scientists, Nobel laureate Sir Paul Nurse says climate scientists are being targeted by campaigns of requests designed to slow down their research

Sir Paul Nurse
Classic liberal progressive academia whining that their agendas are being slowed down by FOIA requests. What they are doing is "more important" then providing information to the taxpayers who provide funding for their research. In their perfect world, researchers would investigate and finish their findings, present their findings to the worid, and everyone would complement and praise the researchers on the great work they have done and all findings are assumed absolutely accurate conclusions.

After Climate Gate and other credibility issues with scientists, no conclusion will be believed without peer reviewing raw data, process, analysis, and conclusions. It's the scientist's past lack of credibility that have caused the mistrust of scientists by the general public.
