State Department lottery error mistakenly awards visas to 22,000 people

Once again a government agency proves just how incompetent they are. This kind of thing is really scary. How can we issue 22,000 visas by mistake. Isn't any watching out for the best interests of America and the American voter. 

Not only do we have to deal with "illegal immigrants", but now we have to deal with "faux immigrants" too.
