Trolls are ignorant, unsocial, uncivil, grouchy, nasty, dirty, smelly, uncooperative, mean little suckers that live under a bridge. They only come out to harass people trying to cross the bridge. They can sense when others are crossing the bridge to make progress on their proposal. The trolls come out, block the proposal with name calling, they start mumbling and grumbling about the proposal, they prevent proposal people from crossing the bridge unless they can say the liberal progressive "magic words". Those who don't say the "magic words" are turned back to from where they came. Those who say the "magic words" are free to continue across the bridge to advance their proposal. The magic words? "spend, borrow, tax"
Trolls are classic lazy selfish characters who react the same for anything proposed. Trolls would never agree with any proposal. Trolls are obstructionists, they prevent the success of others, while never getting actively involved to solve the problems. It's easier to complain about the work of others, than put the effort into coming up with their own ideas. All liberal progressive Democrats have become "Just Trolls Under The Bridge".
