This is the face of the compassionate left member of the MSM who attacks disabled children, Down Syndrome Trig Palin, to prove his elitist superiority, progressive eugenics ethics, and his "no right to life" credentials.
Just by looking at this guy I guarantee I would have hated sitting next to him in school. He just wreaks of disdain for others, and disdain is his most positive character trait. The degree of disdain for others is always inversely proportional to how often he got laid during high school. Lots of disdain for others, laid not so much.
