President Obama Vows to Bring Up Immigration Reform Again

Obama held an immigration discussion meeting to "try and fix the immigration problem". Fix the immigration problem? Try enforcing the current Federal immigration laws already on the books. It's amazing that Obama is not fooling anyone about his intentions during these "campaign" days. Obama is looking for ways to buy latino votes.

This administration has done everything possible to harm the security of the U.S. ICE is not deporting those it should, or performing counter-productive policies like "catch and release".   Border Patrol Agents are instructed to not arrest illegal aliens. No work is being done on the fence. All the virtual fence technology has been turned off for some unknown reason and is not going to be used at this time. Minimal resources (agents?, funding?, fence construction?) have been provided on the border by Dir. DHS Napolitano. Criminal illegal aliens are being released into the general public with no analysis of how this endangers the security of the American people.

Some of the attendees included were:

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg (Pro-Amnesty)
former California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, (Pro-Amnesty)
Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, (Pro-Amnesty)
AFL-CIO President Richard Trumka (Pro-Amnesty)
Former Bush administration Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff (Pro-Amnesty?)
former GOP Florida Senator Mel Martinez (Pro-Amnesty)
Philadelphia Police Chief Charles Ramsey(Pro-Amnesty)
Rev. Al Sharpton (Pro-Amnesty)

Have you noticed a certain lack of diversity in the opinions of the attendees. Perhaps it would be useful to invite a few active governors from American-Mexican border states. Perhaps it would be helpful to invite some conservative Republican's who believe in a secure border and encourage a reduction in the number of illegal aliens in our country.

Why are Al Sharpton and Richard Trumka included? I guess any discussion of illegal immigration must find ways to unionize these "undocumented Democrats"  into a formidable voting block.
