Pigford Lacks Verification Of Registering "Valid Farmers"

Currently the U.S. Government, showing its usual lack of common sense, assumes that if someone filled out the forms for Pigford compensation, then that's all the proof needed to say they are a qualified farmer. It is hoped that they all tell the truth. Gee, does it sound like more taxpayers money is being wasted?
