Barney Frank, Where Juvenile Name Calling is a Political Strategy?

Barney Frank calls Republicans (all Republicans) morally stupid bigots! Naturally no proof or evidence is offered. Not sure how one can be morally stupid. One can be moral or immoral, but morally stupid makes no sense.
