The major issues are:

• immigrants have entered the nation illegally in dark of night or overstayed their visa
• America's government doesn't know who these people are or why they are here 
• the government is required by law to approve immigrants for entry into our country
• all countries in the world have national immigration policies and laws. America is no different
• illegal immigrants have been permitted to live and work without any oversight from authorities
• all populations have an unwanted criminal element. Illegal immigrants are no different
• Mexican drug cartels are in the process of destroying Mexico with violent cartel wars
• Mexican drug cartels are building distribution networks in America
• Mexican drug cartel violence will soon be on American streets
• illegal immigrants pay no taxes
• illegal immigrants work off the books or use stolen SS# numbers to work. Both are illegal
• illegal immigrants use public resources for their health care (hospital emergency rooms)
• illegal immigrants use public schools for their children's education, yet pay no taxes
• hospitals are going broke because it is against the law to turn away anyone from Emergency care
• many employers take advantage of illegal immigrants paying low wages and benefits (if any)
• birthright citizenship was not meant to apply to 2 illegal immigrant parents having a baby in the USA
• illegal immigrants are in America because Mexico sucks, no work, and violent crime
• American taxpayers get the bill for all illegal immigration problems
• violent crime and drug dealing are 2 areas that illegal immigrants participate
• smuggling drugs and persons across U.S. border is another frequent crime
• illegal immigrants take jobs away from Americans during this tough economy
• illegal immigration in Mexico is a serious crime. 2 year sentences are common
• the federal government is not protecting it's citizens from unknown illegal criminals
• all illegal immigrants break the law and are criminals
• some people want to give illegal immigrant's children discount college tuition
• the same discount tuition is NOT offered to American taxpayers, but they pay for others
• crime statistics show that illegal immigrants have enormous impacts on national, states, and  cities
• many illegal immigrants think they are owed what they get, Mexico lost states to America
• all illegal immigrants know they are breaking the law
• most illegal immigrants have more loyalty to Mexico than to America
• many illegal immigrants commit fraud when they apply for work or government assistance
• most employers are breaking the law if they hire illegal immigrants
• America has ignored this migration for too long
• amnesty just invites more illegal immigrants
