Obama: Spending Cuts Would Dishonor America's History?

What an ignorant fool Obama is. His whole administration dishonors all generations of Americans everyday with every decision they make. Since when did he care about the honor of American History? He doesn't even know American history. I can say that because he was presented as a Constitutional lawyer, that turns out does not know the Constitution!
