Obama Claims The UN Can Usurp Congressional War Authority

That's the liberal progressive socialist view of the world. They actually think the U.N, full of criminal dictators and monarchs in non-democracy governments, has sovereignty over American Law. The only people with sovereignty over America are the American voters and the laws of our country that they enforce.
