More physicians leaving private practices

I believe that doctors are leaving private practice because the overhead of insurance regulations and price for treatment have made Medicare patients unprofitable.  If the doctor moves to a large healthcare facility there are departments that handle all the insurance regulations and the pricing issues. The doctor can better focus his/her attention on the patient's needs and do the hands on doctoring they've always wanted to do.
