S. 679: To Remove “Advise and Consent” Function of Senate for Numerous Federal Appointments

shhhhh......don't tell anyone about S.679

Remove Senate advise and consent on POTUS advisors and you will lose all considerations of qualifications for the appointments. It will end up with unprepared and unqualified advisors like we have today in Obama's Czars. Most of Obama's czars are unqualified for the position they hold.
