President Obama Issues “Signing Statement” Indicating He Won’t Abide by Provision in Budget Bill

Obama is obsessed with advice from czars,  more than from Congress confirmed advisors. I guess he wants to have the proper level of liberal, progressive, socialist, and communist views in his decision.
