Weak Impotent Obama Doesn't Lead, So Canada Leads NATO In Libya

I guess the world got tired of waiting for Obama to do or say something. That's what happens when you place a weak impotent community organizer into leadership role that far exceeds his skill, ability, and knowledge. Since being in office, Obama's greatest perceived acheivement has been that juvenile "beer summit", and he even mishandled that too. Thank Çanada for picking up the slack, and taking NATO command of Libya.
