Google flags anti-global warming websites with flags that display "this site might be compromised" to discourage users from reading anti-global warming opinions. I have also personally noticed that if you google for Tea Party in google, bing, or yahoo most results are benign kids tea parties or Alice in Wonderland tea party.....in the past you would get lots of Conservative Tea Party related sites. Something is wrong here.
Google, Bing, and Yahoo do not have the right to control information to coincide with their political agenda. Freedom of information requires that they remove any political agenda related flags and restrictions.
