Dem Lautenberg: Tea Party and Republicans Don't Deserve Constitutional Rights

At a rally outside a Planned Parenthood center Democrat Senator Frank Lautenberg stated that those who oppose public funding for abortion don't deserve the rights granted to them in the Constitution. What about the right to life denied all those aborted babies? Don't they have a right to live?
